Loch Oich
The smallest of the 3 Lochs at 6.5kms (4miles) long, 1km (0.62 miles) wide and 47 meters (154ft deep) has many beautiful and not too difficult entry points, making it the perfect place for a swim
Loch Ness
The largest of the 3 Lochs of the great Glen, Loch Ness stretches for 36.2 kms (22.5 miles) is 2.7 kms (1.7 miles) wide and has an average depth of 132 meters (433ft) But don’t worry we’ll be keeping to the shallows. By surface area it is the second largest Loch in Scotland but by water volume is the larges Loch or Lake in Great Britain containing more water than all of the lakes in both England and Wales combined.
Loch Lochy.
This Loch is 16kms (9.9miles) long and has an average depth of 70 meters (230ft) with fewer easy entry points its a bit of a gem.
Folklore tales mention a supernatural being called the River Horse which was said to emerge from the lake and assume a horse's shape before feeding on the Loch's banks.
